Your photos and videos

The app plays supported spatial photos and videos on your device. It does not send your media, viewing activity or head movements to us. No app account is needed, and the app contains no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics.

You choose what to add from Photos. Album stores your selections. Download saves a copy inside the app, and Import from Files also creates an app copy. Your originals remain unchanged. Copies can retain the metadata in the originals.

If an original is stored only in iCloud or another file provider, that service may retrieve it over the internet. Apple and your file provider handle their services under their own policies and your settings.

What the app keeps

The app stores your Album selections, downloaded and imported copies, viewing preferences, and information needed to display your memories, such as labels, dates and durations. It temporarily caches a Photos memory while opening it and clears that cache when you leave viewing or the app next initializes.

Head movement is processed locally to aim the view. Local performance counts help diagnose playback timing; they contain no media, filenames or locations and are not sent to us.

Downloaded and imported copies are excluded from device backups. Keep your originals in Photos or Files. Your operating system may back up ordinary app settings according to your device settings.

You stay in control

Change Photos access in the app under Settings, then Photos Access. Removing access does not delete copies you already downloaded.

Remove Download deletes the app’s copy. Remove from Album removes the Album entry and its app copy. Deleting the app removes its local data. These actions do not delete your Photos or Files originals.

The website and waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we save your email address, whether you opted into beta invitations, and when and how you agreed. We use this to send the launch notice and any beta invitations you requested. We do not sell your email or use it for unrelated marketing.

Website hosting and signup storage are provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. These providers process web requests and associated technical information to operate and protect the site. We use short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit repeated signups; we do not put raw IP addresses in the waitlist database. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

We keep signup information for the launch notice and requested beta contact. You can leave at any time: email support@entelechyworkshop.com from the address you used. Our launch and beta emails will include a removal link. Removing a signup deletes its waitlist record.

If you contact support

We receive your email address, message and any attachments through our email services. Domain mail is forwarded through Namecheap to Gmail; outgoing mail is sent through Zoho. We use support messages to answer your request and investigate problems, not for advertising.

We retain support correspondence as needed to resolve and follow up on the request. You can ask us to delete it. You do not need to send personal photos or videos to get help.
